We have chosen products that meet the highest standards and treatments that provide proven therapeutic benefits.  We strongly believe our therapists are the best in the business!  e•s•c•a•p•e’s intention is to always bring you the most innovative and effective services, products and therapies each time you visit.  Please observe the following policies and let us know if there is anything we can do to better serve you!

Reservations

Reservations are preferred, though not always necessary. A major credit card or gift certificate confirmation is required.

Cancellations

As a courtesy to other guests and our therapists we require a 24-hour cancellation notice for all single spa services, a 48-hour cancellation notice for all multiple services and a 72-hour cancellation notice for parties of 3 or more. Cancellations made with less than these required notice times will be charged a 50% fee.  No-show reservations will be charged 100% of the cost of services booked.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, and gift certificates to reserve appointments.  Charges will be made on credit cards or deducted from gift certificates that were used to hold reservations. We strictly adhere to our cancellation policy.

Check In

Please arrive fifteen minutes prior to your scheduled reservation.  This allows time for a leisurely check-in, a change of clothes and a few moments to relax into the experience that awaits you.  We regret that late arrivals will not receive time extensions yet remain responsible for full service fees.

Minor Clients

Children are welcome in the Spa if they have an appointment.  Please arrange for childcare prior to your visit.  This is your time!

Spa Etiquette

The spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation.  In consideration of other guests, please speak softly throughout the spa.  Cell phones, pagers and all other electronic devices must be turned off or put on silent before entering the spa.  e•s•c•a•p•e is a non-smoking facility.

Valuables

Although a locker and key are provided, we suggest you leave all valuables at home.  e•s•c•a•p•e is not responsible for lost, damaged or missing items.

Gratuity

Gratuities are not included in spa or salon pricing.  In appreciation for exceptional service, gratuities may be given to the staff at your discretion. Gratuity of 20% is added to parties of 3 or more.

Gift Certificates

The perfect gift for any occasion!  Gift Certificates are available for any service or amount.  They expire one year from the purchase date and are non-refundable. They may be redeemed for services or products in the boutique. e•s•c•a•p•e is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
