We provide competitive compensation; all staff receive hourly pay plus perks and benefits including PTO, and service providers also receive commission on services in a career-oriented, tiered plan. Estheticians – Our WY-licensed Estheticians perform facials, waxing, makeup services, spray tanning, and body treatments, as well as advanced peels and clinical skin treatments, and provide home care recommendations to our clients. We work with several well-known skincare brands and provide product knowledge and protocol training. Submit Resume
Massage & Body Therapists – Escape’s Massage Therapists perform a variety of massages and body treatments, which are in high-demand. We are well-known for our massages, provided in comfortable, ergonomic treatment rooms. Therapists should be capable of performing at least 4-6 treatments per shift. Submit Resume
Nail Technician – Gels, shellacs, nail art, and spa manicures and pedicures are all requested by our clientele. We have the latest products and equipment and provide product and protocol training to our staff. Submit Resume
Hair Stylists – A full-service trendy salon providing cuts, color, styling, Brazilian blowouts, and updo’s are offered by our WY-licensed Cosmetologists, in an intimate purpose-built salon. Submit Resume
Spa Coordinators – The glue of our team, Spa Coordinators answer phones, greet and escort guests, provide sales support in our amazing retail boutique, and generally keep things running smoothly. This is a great position if you enjoy people and have always wanted to learn about the spa and wellness industry, or are currently in training as a therapist but would like to start work now.
